Southampton Market in the run up to Cowes
In the run up to Cowes 2007, our very own Dragon Powerboat was on
display at Southampton Market for passers by to come and see the
boat, and talk to P1 and the crew. The boat was positioned by the
historic Bar Gate ... one of the original gates through the original
city wall.
The boat was also sporting it's new "Extremeboat" logo in white.
Thanks to everyone that took the time to come and say hello. We
hope to see you in Cowes!

Husband and wife team,
Jackie Hunt and Mike Shelton, were the delighted winners of the
British Grand Prix in the P1 powerboat SuperSport class at the Cowes
Powerboat Festival.
Jackie and Mike talked to Cowes Online immediately after collecting
their trophy.

British Grand Prix of the
Sea - Event and Safety Information
Mike and Jackie's
ARPRO Dragon Powerboat featured heavily on the British Grand Prix of
the Sea event and safety information leaflet. It is the first time a
leaflet has been produced in advance of the race with information
about the timetable, course, safety information and the radio
channel to listen into to follow the racing.
"Sail gives way to power at Cowes" ... we
think that should always be true!
Whilst at the Grand Prix of Malta in May
2006, Mike and Jackie were invited along to Malta's leading radio
station 89.7 Bay FM for a short interview. Whilst there, they were
asked to take part in a mini "battle of the sexes" on the air. Mike
won of course! Thanks to Ian and the rest of the team for looking

RIBEX 2004
RIBEX will be held at Cowes this year from June 4th - 6th.
The RYA and BIBOA are pleased to
offer anyone with an interest in racing boats to "try before you buy"!
Offshore Powerboat racing is one
of the most exhilarating and adrenaline filled sports available and you
could enter the championship with
a surprisingly small budget! If you want to understand what it feels like to
travel at speeds of between 60mph
and 80mph in the open sea, this is an opportunity you simply cannot miss!
After 15 minutes, you will either
want to put a number on your boat and go racing in anything from one basic
race to a full National
Championship, or you'll be heading to the bar to steady your nerves!

Goodwood Festival of Speed 2003
We are again pleased to have been asked by Barrus (our engine suppliers) to
help represent powerboat racing at this year's Goodwood Festival of Speed.
Our boat will be on the Barrus stand for the whole festival (11th - 13th

RIBEX 2002
We were pleased to show off
our new boat at the exhibition this year just before the season started. The
boat was on the Mark Pascoe Sport Rib stand. He built the boat!
