HOSPITALITY / MEDIA & PRESS / SPONSORS NEEDED FOR 2007

 
Technology Season Sponsorship

As a technology sponsor, your company would provide essential equipment to help support the racing season. Examples of technology equipment could include:
  • Electrical equipment such as GPS, VHF and communications equipment
  • Supply of engines, gearboxes, drive systems, propellers and spare parts
  • Provision of transportation to the events, including lorry transportation, ferry crossings and air flights
  • Clothing in terms of race suits, and other team wear such as shirts, caps, jackets, fleeces etc.

In return, you would gain:

  • Your company brand or logo on the boat, race suits
  • Joint PR opportunities using the boat at shows, events and with press
  • Hospitality opportunities at the race venues themselves at additional cost

 

Co Sponsorship

As a co sponsor, you can contribute towards to partial costs of a racing season. This would entitle you to put your logo on the boat, race suits and equipment, but this would be shared with other sponsors.

In return, we would negotiate a package of benefits that best reflects your business requirements and target audience. As a minimum you can expect:

  • Your company brand or logo on the boat, race suits
  • Joint PR opportunities using the boat at shows, events and with press
  • Hospitality opportunities at the race venues themselves at additional cost

 

Prime Named Sponsorship

As a prime named sponsor, you would be the primary named sponsor of the boat and could therefore have the boat branded with your chosen logo and livery, as well as renaming the boat to your company name or brand to benefit from race reports, press, TV and other race coverage.

You could expect to see only your logo on the side of the boat, whereas additional technology and co sponsors logos would appear on the deck and engine cover.
 

In return, you would gain:

  • Your company brand or logo on the boat, race suits, equipment and website
  • Joint PR opportunities using the boat at shows, events and with press
  • Hospitality opportunities at the race venues themselves at additional cost
  • Media and TV coverage from the series promotion
  • A half hour "race experience" for up to 5 people (individually).
  • More exclusive branding of your logo on the boat and race suits can be negotiated
